Bareboat chartering is the hire of a boat, (in this case a luxury cruiser), without the owner or a crewman watching over you. It is now possible to have the use of a 9-meter (30 foot) fly bridge cruiser to yourself and 5 of your friends or family, to wander around the River Derwent and D'Entrecasteaux channel. There is no need for a licence or previous experience of any kind. After a coaching session you will become the skipper, you are in control of your holiday.
